What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is 50 units per order. You can mix case styles and colours within that order — minimum 10 units per individual style and colour combination. For example: 10 Slim Clear Black + 20 x 360 Stand Black + 20 Diamond Bling Clear = one valid 50-unit order.

What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank wire transfer only — no credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe. AUD/NZD orders go to our XTransfer account (CFSB-backed, same-day AUD settlement). AED orders (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) go to our LianLian International account. Bank details are sent in your order confirmation email. Orders under USD 1,000: full prepayment. Orders USD 1,000+: 30% deposit to confirm, 70% before dispatch. Custom orders: 50% deposit.

How does DAP shipping work — what fees are involved?
DAP (Delivered At Place) means we ship via DHL Air Express to your door. The shipping charge covers international freight only. Import clearance, customs duties and GST/VAT are payable by you at destination — as the importer of record, you can claim input tax credits with your local customs receipt. If you need DDP (all duties included), contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?
7–10 business days from payment confirmation: 2–3 days production and QC + 5–7 days express air freight. Tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Transit: Australia 5–7 days; New Zealand 6–8 days; UAE 8–10 days.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Our Sample Order product (A$2.99/unit, up to 5 units) lets you verify fit, feel, and packaging. Sample cost is separate from bulk pricing. We recommend the 360 Stand Case and Protective 1.5MM as your first samples — our top two wholesale styles.

Do you offer custom colours, logos, or OEM packaging?

What is your defect and return policy?
All batches are 100% visually inspected before dispatch — defect rate under 0.5%. Photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery; we replace defects in your next order at no charge. No change-of-mind returns. Customs clearance is handled by the buyer under DAP terms.
