What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 50 pcs per style & colour. MOQ follows our manufacturing partner’s production rules — some styles differ: screen-protector styles 100 pcs per colour, custom tail-magnet 45° stand styles 300 pcs per colour, non-magnetic 45° stand styles 500 pcs per colour (single colour only). Each product page shows its exact MOQ next to the order box. Mix as many styles and colours as you like — every style-colour line must meet that style’s MOQ. Example: 50 × Slim Clear Black + 50 × 360 Stand Black = a valid 100-unit order.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer — pay in your own currency. Standard orders are settled with the order. Orders of 2,000 pcs or more shipped to Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom may qualify for instalment terms: 50% deposit with the 50% balance before shipment — our standard instalment floor. Orders that include custom colours, logo or packaging are settled with the order — larger custom programmes are welcome, contact us to discuss payment terms. Middle East and all other destinations are settled with the order. We provide local bank accounts for your market: AUD (Australia), NZD (New Zealand), GBP (United Kingdom) and AED (UAE) — plus SWIFT global transfers (USD / AED / SAR) for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar and other markets. No conversion loss — the payment lands directly in your local account.
What shipping options are available?
① DAP – Delivered At Place (Recommended): We ship to your door. International freight is calculated and charged at checkout. Import clearance, customs duties and GST/VAT are payable by you at destination.
② DDP – All-Inclusive Door Delivery: All freight + import clearance + customs duties + GST/VAT included. Price shown automatically at checkout — pay directly, no extra charges on arrival.
③ FCA / FOB – Your Own Freight Forwarder: You arrange your own air or sea freight. Import clearance, duties and VAT are your responsibility. Fill in forwarder details after placing your order.
④ DHL Direct (Samples / Urgent, 1–10 pcs): 2–5 business days door-to-door. Freight and duties prepaid at checkout. For bulk orders, choose DAP or DDP instead.
How long does delivery take?
Production and quality control at our manufacturing partner takes 3–5 weeks from payment confirmation. Goods dispatch as soon as they pass QC, and your tracking number is issued within 48 hours of dispatch.
Production lead time: 3–5 weeks after payment confirmation. After dispatch, freight is arranged by air or sea per order — we quote the best option for your market.
A typical air-freight order arrives in about 4–7 weeks from payment; sea freight in about 8–10 weeks. Exact timing varies by destination and carrier schedule — we keep you updated at every stage.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — every product on our site supports samples. Open any product and click Order a sample: pick your colour, set quantity 1–5 and add it to the sample cart. Each sample costs the same per-piece price as the product page — no MOQ. Sample orders are checked out separately from bulk orders — samples and wholesale lines cannot be mixed in the same cart: complete your sample order first, then start a new cart for your bulk order.
Do you offer custom colours, logos, or OEM packaging?
Custom colours: from 500 units per style & colour. Logo printing on cases: from 500 units per style & colour. Your logo on our standard boxes: from 500 units per style & colour. Fully custom printed boxes (your own artwork, die-cut): from 5,000 units per style & colour. Custom lead time: 4–6 weeks before dispatch. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quote within 24 hours.
What is your defect and return policy?
All batches are 100% visually inspected before dispatch — defect rate under 0.5%. Photo evidence required within 30 days of delivery; we replace confirmed defects in your next order at no charge. No change-of-mind returns. Customs clearance is handled by the buyer under DAP terms.
