Payment: T/T bank wire transfer, pay in your own currency via our local collection accounts: AUD (Australia), NZD (New Zealand), GBP (United Kingdom), AED (UAE) — plus SWIFT global transfers (USD / AED / SAR) for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar and other markets.
Standard orders are settled with the order.
Orders of 2,000 pcs or more shipped to Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom may qualify for instalment terms: 50% deposit with the 50% balance before shipment — our standard instalment floor.
Orders that include custom colours, logo or packaging are settled with the order — larger custom programmes are welcome, contact us to discuss payment terms.
Middle East and all other destinations are settled with the order.
Pro-forma invoice with banking details is issued with every order confirmation.
Shipping: DAP door-to-door (recommended), DDP all-inclusive, or FCA/FOB with your own forwarder. DHL express available for samples and urgent small batches.
United Kingdom: DAP prices exclude 20% UK VAT (import VAT payable by buyer; businesses with a UK VAT registration can use postponed VAT accounting). DDP quotes include VAT handling at the border. UK clients pay in GBP via local bank transfer (CHAPS/BACS/FPS) — funds typically arrive next business day; bank details are provided on the pro-forma invoice.
