What this report is

This is a working reference for buyers sourcing phone cases from China in 2026. Every number below is taken from SendaFit’s own live catalogue, freight rates and order data at the time of publication — not from a survey, not from an estimate. Where a figure moves (unit prices track the AUD/USD rate weekly), we say so.

Last updated: 20 September 2026. Unit prices are in AUD and exclude freight unless stated.

1. Catalogue snapshot

Item Figure
Live designs 293
Distinct case styles (tooling) 68
Phone models covered Apple iPhone 16 / 16 Plus / 16 Pro / 16 Pro Max / 16e / 17 / 17 Air / 17 Pro / 17 Pro Max / 18 Pro / 18 Pro Max / 18 Fold; Samsung Galaxy S25 / S25+ / S25 Ultra / S26 / S26+ / S26 Ultra / A36 / A56 / Z Fold 8 / Z Flip 8
Product categories 24
Materials TPU, PC, hybrid TPU+PC, magnetic (MagSafe-compatible) ring arrays

The gap between 293 designs and 68 styles is the single most useful number on this page for a buyer: it means one body mould is shared across an average of 4.3 phone models, so you can carry a deep model range without multiplying your tooling or your shelf space.

2. Unit price bands (AUD, per piece, ex-freight)

Case type Indicative unit price
Entry matte / solid-colour two-in-one from A$1.64
MagSafe-compatible two-in-one A$2.25 – A$3.25
Stand / racket-stand / camera-button A$2.77 – A$4.33
Full-body 360° protection from A$4.68
Iridescent premium finishes up to A$6.54

The full live range across the catalogue is A$1.64 – A$6.54 per piece at base tier. Prices are set in AUD and re-based weekly against the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Volume discount ladder

Discounts apply automatically at checkout on the total order quantity across mixed styles and colours — there is no separate negotiation step and no coupon to request.

Order quantity (pcs) Discount
50 – 299 base price
300 – 499 −2%
500 – 999 −4%
1,000 – 1,999 −6%
2,000 – 4,999 −9%
5,000 – 9,999 −10%
10,000+ up to −15%

Worked example. 2,500 pieces of a A$5.54 two-in-one case: subtotal A$13,850, less the −9% tier (A$1,250), giving A$12,600 ex-freight — an effective A$5.04 per piece.

4. Minimum order quantity and mixing

  • MOQ 50 pcs per style & colour. The 50-piece minimum applies to each style-and-colour line, not to the order as a whole.
  • Mixing is free. You can combine any number of styles and colours in one order; the discount tier is calculated on the combined total.
  • Samples: 1–5 pcs, any style, no sample fee. You pay only the per-piece product price plus DHL freight — there is no separate sample charge.

5. Freight: four options, and who pays customs

Option Who clears customs Who pays duty / VAT Typical use
DAP — Delivered At Place Buyer Buyer Default for bulk; freight shown at checkout
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid Seller’s freight partner Included in the price Bulk, buyer wants a landed figure
FCA / FOB Buyer’s own forwarder Buyer Buyer has an existing freight contract
DHL Express Seller (prepaid) Prepaid at checkout Samples and urgent 1–10 pc orders only

Freight is quoted on actual dispatch weight and is calculated on the order — no pooled flat rate is applied. Transit is by air or sea according to what suits the market and the deadline.

6. Production and transit lead times

Stage Time
Samples (DHL, door-to-door) 2–5 business days
Production, standard range 3–5 weeks after payment confirmation
Custom packaging / custom colour programmes 4–6 weeks before dispatch
Local bank transfer settlement (AUD / NZD / GBP / AED) 0–3 business days

7. Payment and settlement

All settlement is by T/T bank wire transfer. No card networks, no PayPal, no online gateway — this is deliberate, and it is why landed pricing stays where it is.

Destination Settlement currency Local collection account
Australia AUD Yes (BECS / NPP)
New Zealand NZD Yes
United Kingdom GBP Yes (Faster Payments / BACS / CHAPS)
UAE AED Yes (UAEFTS)
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar USD USD wire (Fedwire)

Paying into a local account avoids correspondent-bank deductions and typically clears in 0–3 business days rather than 3–5.

8. Destination taxes to budget for

Under DAP and FCA/FOB, import duty and consumption tax fall to the buyer. Budget the following standard rates against your landed cost; confirm the current treatment with your own customs broker before committing to a retail price.

Market Standard consumption tax
Australia GST 10%
New Zealand GST 15%
United Kingdom VAT 20% (DAP prices exclude UK VAT)
United Arab Emirates VAT 5%
Saudi Arabia / Oman / Jordan / Kuwait / Qatar Import duty typically 5%; VAT treatment varies by state — check with your broker

Phone cases are generally classified under HS heading 3926.90 as articles of plastics. Classification and any applicable free-trade treatment remain the importer’s responsibility.

9. Methodology and caveats

  • Prices, tiers and MOQ are read directly from the live SendaFit catalogue and checkout at the date above. They are not a quotation.
  • Unit prices are denominated in AUD and re-based weekly; non-AUD buyers see the equivalent in their own currency at the prevailing rate.
  • Freight is quoted per order against actual weight and destination, so no single headline freight figure is meaningful across markets.
  • Tax rates listed in section 8 are standard published rates for each jurisdiction, not advice. Duty treatment depends on classification, value and origin.
  • This report will be updated as tiers, rates or coverage change. If you are citing a figure, please link to this page rather than reproducing the tables elsewhere, so the version you cite stays current.
