Before you send
- Put the reference in the memo: buyer name, PI or contract number, product name. It is the first thing our finance team looks for when money lands.
- Samples (1–5 pcs) are billed at the same per-piece price as the product page — there is no sample fee.
- Check the currency before you send. A transfer in the wrong currency is returned by the receiving bank and has to be re-sent from the start.
- Production starts on cleared payment — for custom colour, logo or packaging, only after the full amount has landed.
