These Terms of Service govern the use of the SendaFit website and the purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in AUD on the live website (excluding freight, insurance and import duties) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders of 2,000 pcs or more shipped to Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom may be settled with a 50% deposit and the 50% balance before dispatch — our standard instalment floor. Orders that include custom colours, logo printing or custom packaging are settled 100% in advance. Larger custom programmes are welcome — contact us to discuss payment terms. All other orders, all Middle East destinations and all orders below 2,000 pcs are payable in full at order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Custom/bulk orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
