Wave moulded into the panel · Cherry Red and Sierra Blue · 13 designs
The wave on this shell is formed in the mould rather than laminated or printed on afterwards, so it stays crisp in the two places a hand actually holds a phone: the middle of the back and the lower edge. A printed grain smooths away at precisely those points within weeks, which is why a printed wave looks good in a catalogue and tired on a counter.
This is the eight-colour version of the build, and against the six-shade wave shell it adds Cherry Red and Sierra Blue — the two that move fastest. A textured back that is also rigid tends to crack along the texture lines when it flexes, so the shell is split: a stiff panel carries the wave and a separate flexible rim takes the knocks at the corners.
